Hi! My name is Billie and I'm a self-taught artist from Haringey.

I have always loved drawing but I ended up doing a degree in Spanish and Russian and lost my passion for creating.

During lockdown I was furloughed and suddenly had a lot more free time and so I decided to start painting. The first painting I did was a table that I titled 'Love in the Time of Corona'.

I remembered just how much I love painting and creating new artwork and I spent the entirety of the lockdown creating new pieces.

I'm really passionate about music and I love incorporating this into my work. A lot of my artwork involves music figures and references from pop culture throughout the years. I also love using found materials in my work. A lot of my work is based on furniture that someone has thrown out and I love the idea of giving these pieces of furniture a new lease of life.

My artwork is very bright and bold and brings some colour into the world!
