Originally established in the 1970s as the central hub for garment manufacturers in the fashion industry, Florentia has progressively expanded into the wider creative spheres of food, consumer products, film, theatre, music, design and photography.

Totaling 3.5 acres of mixed-use space, the North London site comprises 90,000 sq ft. of existing warehousing and factory spaces, alongside 41 loft apartments. Our vision is to redefine and reinvigorate our characterful site in 2023 with careful refurbishment and the addition of 100,000 sq ft. of new, purpose-built, best-in-class maker facilities – doubling the size of the campus and bringing together a community of over 150 like-minded creatives to Haringey.
