Phoebe Swan is an artist, illustrator and colour addict from Tottenham, London. Phoebe’s work is vibrant, inclusive and often includes plants and people with a touch of the fantastical. She generates ideas from observational drawing, playing with shape and colour and giving careful consideration to the stories or ideas being communicated.
Her most recent commission was the artworks for the NHS Community Diagnostic Centre waiting rooms and stairwell, located inside Wood Green shopping mall. They are large scale reproductions of original lino prints inspired by the River Lea and Tottenham marshes and were designed to 'bring the outside in' to a space with no natural light, and to create a calming environment for staff and patients.

Other local murals are Birds of Different Feathers on Lymington Avenue, Wood Green, woodland themed murals for Chestnuts Preschool and several local shop shutters. She also created the artwork for the Made By Tottenham Winter Pop Up Shop in both 2022 and 2023.
