Pickled Pepper Books was established by parents Steven Pryse and Urmi Merchant in 2012, providing a family friendly environment in which to choose books for and with children.

We bring our backgrounds of working in the charitable sector, and with young people, to provide a modern experience in which to shop for books. That involves championing diversity in all its forms, working with schools serving the broadest range of communities possible and generally bringing books to life for as many children and their grown ups that we can reach.
