Shahed is a qualified personal trainer with a passion for helping people and making things better. She empowers others to improve their mental health, heal their relationship with their bodies and achieve their fitness goals by moving and nourishing their bodies in the ways they find the most enjoyable and natural for them. Shahed’s diagnosis with PCOS motivated her to prioritise her health and well-being and change her lifestyle after a long career in law and human rights. Shahed was motivated to take her fitness journey into her own hands after struggling to find something that worked to alleviate her PCOS symptoms. This led her to learning about women’s bodies, hormones and nutrition; paired with a structured exercise programme, building long-term wellbeing habits, she was able to resume a regular menstrual cycle, maintain her weight loss and significantly improve her mental health.
