Valeria was born in Italy where she grew up. Sea - from her childhood holidays - and Ocean – that she met, as an adult, when living in Rio de Janeiro - have always been a source of joy and well being.

She moved to London where she began studying ceramics in 2018. Clay felt as good as water since the first time she touched it.

With a background in Architecture and an MA in Landscape Architecture, she is continuing her playful exploration into functional and sculptural ceramics in her much-loved home studio in Tottenham.
